I work holistically and somatically. That means we do not only talk about what you “should” do. We also pay attention to what is happening in your body, emotions, and nervous system – because that is where stability starts.

About me

I am Eliska, based in Prague, and working online with clients internationally. As a holistic coach I am specialized in somatic coaching and somatic meditations.
I support people who feel stuck or overwhelmed in a life transition – and who know “this cannot continue like this”, but do not yet know what the next chapter should be.
My work integrates coaching, body-mind connection, and somatic meditations. The goal is not a quick fix. The goal is sustainable change that feels true to you.

No. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy or medical care. We focus more on the present and the future: what you want, what is getting in the way, and what realistic steps you can take. If you are dealing with trauma or significant mental health symptoms, professional therapy is the right next step.

Sessions are online. We talk, I ask a lot of questions, and we map your situation. When it fits, we can include gentle somatic elements (simple body-based orientation, short grounding practices). Nothing esoteric, nothing forced.

It depends. Some people need a few sessions for clarity and a first shift. Others benefit from a short process over several weeks. We can decide after the intro call based on your topic and your pace.

No. I do not “fix” you and I do not prescribe a path. You are the expert on your life. My role is to hold a safe process, help you see patterns, and support you in finding your own answers and steps.

Yes. That is exactly what the intro call is for. It is free and non-binding. You can ask questions and see whether you feel comfortable with my approach.

I tailor coaching to you and your topic. The content of each session depends on what you specifically bring to the table, what your biggest challenges are, and what pace is best for you.

Free introductory online meeting

We will get acquainted, discuss your topic, expectations, and questions. Together, we will determine whether coaching is the right step for you at this time.


Mapping & Orientation
(90 minutes, online)

The first coaching session focuses on mapping out your situation. You will slow down, get your bearings, identify what is going on, separate reality from your inner critic, and find 1-2 mini-steps you can take over the next few days. If you are feeling confused and overwhelmed right now, this will be your “aha” moment.

If you want to continue, I offer a package of four 60-minute sessions – more meetings for more lasting change. You set a goal that we will work towards, and from each meeting you will take away specific small steps that you can take. The pace is according to your capacity, without pressure or evaluation.
