A short online conversation to understand what you are dealing with and what you need right now. This is not coaching and it is not a sales call. It is a calm orientation and a mutual fit check.

Next step
(only if you want)

If continuing makes sense, we choose the most helpful next step: a longer 90-minute mapping session, or a short 4-session process over 6-8 weeks. We decide together, at your pace.

Somatic and holistic approach (mind, emotions, body)

We work with your thoughts and behavior, but also include your body and emotions as information. Sometimes a tiny, simple grounding practice (1-3 minutes) can help you slow down and think clearly. Nothing esoteric, no forcing, always optional.

Take the first step

Sessions are online (and sometimes in person in Prague). We mainly talk, and I guide the process with questions. If it fits, we can include simple techniques to support insight and perspective (always optional). The process is tailored to you, there is no one-size-fits-all template.

It depends. Some people need a few sessions to get clarity and move forward, others benefit from a longer process. We will discuss what makes sense for your situation during the intro call.

Online sessions offer the most flexibility. In-person sessions can be helpful for some somatic work, but the core work is possible online as well. We choose what fits you best.

No. Coaching does not replace psychotherapy or medical care. Coaching focuses on clarity, direction, and next steps. If you are dealing with mental health conditions or trauma, professional healthcare support is recommended.
