A short online conversation to understand what you are dealing with and what you need right now. This is not coaching and it is not a sales call. It is a calm orientation and a mutual fit check.
Next step

If continuing makes sense, we choose the most helpful next step: a longer 90-minute mapping session, or a short 4-session process over 6-8 weeks. We decide together, at your pace.
Somatic and holistic approach (mind, emotions, body)
We work with your thoughts and behavior, but also include your body and emotions as information. Sometimes a tiny, simple grounding practice (1-3 minutes) can help you slow down and think clearly. Nothing esoteric, no forcing, always optional.
