In the course of my business, I process some of your personal data, which I obtain in particular when you request my services, when I provide you with my services or when you contact me for other purposes. This personal data includes, in particular, your name, surname, email, telephone number, billing information or other data that you provide to me. All your personal data is processed only to the extent and for the purposes explained below.

I process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which I will hereinafter refer to as "GDPR".

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

1) handling your enquiry in case you request my services in the scope of your name, surname, email, or other information you provide me, based on Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract)

2) the provision of the agreed service in the event that you become my client, in the scope of your name, surname, contact and billing data and information on the dates and scope of the coaching provided, on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract)

3) compliance with legal obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (in particular in the field of taxation and accounting) to the extent of your name, surname, contact and billing data, on the basis of Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).

4) keeping records for the professional organisation ICF (International Coaching Federation) to prove my experience and qualifications as a coach, in the scope of name, surname, contact details, data on dates and scope of coaching provided (number of hours and, if applicable, invoiced amount), on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation)

5) if you subscribe to my newsletter, I will use your email address to send you my newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time directly via the newsletter sent to you.

I process your personal data only for the time necessary for the purpose of processing (i.e. for the period of providing the services until the termination of the related obligations) and for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations (generally for 10 years after the provision of the service, which results from tax regulations). If you subscribe to my newsletter, I process your personal data until your consent is withdrawn.

I use some third party tools and services for my business and therefore your personal data may be accessible to the following third parties:

- provider of the tool Book Like A Boss (for scheduling meetings) (Book Like A Boss, 276 5th Ave Unit #2, New York, NY 10001-4509, USA)
- provider of the service GDrive (for keeping records about clients, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing) (Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St., Dublin, DO4 E5W5, Ireland)
- provider of the tool MailChimp (for administration of the newsletter) (The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, USA)

I may also transfer your personal data to goverment authorities and other entities to which I am obliged to transfer it under generally binding legal regulations.

If I process your personal data, you have the right to:

a) request information about what personal data of yours I process
b) request free access to your personal data that I process
c) request that I update or modify your personal data that I process
d) request a copy of your personal data that I process

I do not have an appointed data protection officer.

I do not use automated means of processing personal data, including profiling.
